I’ve lived here for two lease terms, and it’s truly been my favorite apartment I’ve had. The location is unbeatable—being able to walk to the Gathering Place and having so many nearby trails and walking paths is such a perk. The layouts are spacious, the view from my unit is beautiful, and the staff has always been kind and responsive. I rarely hear my neighbors, which I appreciate, although I’ve heard that some units may have more noise. On the downside, the fire alarms go off more often than I’d like, and the elevators are frequently out of service—there are three, but it’s rare to see them all working at once. Honest review after one year. Summary: Cool place in a decent location with great views and good amenities. However really old building and not worth the price in my opinion. Only really walkable to the river walk and a couple of bars/restaurants/coffee shops around 18th/Boston area. Definitely need to Uber or drive to downtown. Turns sketchy within 2 blocks, if not in the guest parking. Cool place but not likely to resign, especially not worth the price.
Cons:
- In my year here, maybe a combined month total of all three elevators working. With 32 floors and rush hour in the evenings, expect to wait.

Great view, especially at the fourth of July! Unique and cool building, relatively quiet and pleasant neighbors. We've enjoyed our time here. The elevators have trouble at times but everyone is doing their best. Would recommend!
