The staff are the sweetest girls ever! They always are so helpful even to my shy teenagers. We either leave with exactly what we came for or we have it on order to be shipped to the house. This place is great and right on point with cost.

I went with my daughter to purchase foundation, that entails trying on different ones until you find the correct shade, I sat at the station while the associate and my daughter found my perfect shade, the African American Security Guard was watching my EVERY gesture, from me texting, applying lip gloss, scratching my scalp etc, he made it VERY obvious! FYI, I too am African American ?

The cashiers are always so nice and it's super clean in there but today I was really put off by a seemingly micromanager talking not-so-nicely about one of her employees when I was standing 5 ft from her and well within earshot. I don't need to hear about how much you can't stand one of your girls because they didn't complete a task before their break time. Sounds like you just need to be a better manager ?
