Amara & Letsy the makeup/eyebrow specialist both did a great job doing my make-up before my party event same-day. Both knowledgeable, caring, & leaders. My critique is the expensive store '3 item package deal' required prior to make-up session. The store prices are expensive I spent $90 (foundation, lipstick,mascara).
I was recently helped by Khen and was really impressed with her knowledge of the cosmetics I had questions about, and felt so welcomed by her friendly personality. This Ulta has always been fantastic, and the people who work there make it a joy to visit.
We had a great trip. The employees there are great, very helpful and nice. Really, they made the trip nice, if not for them I don't think the visit would have been as enjoyable. We went in to get some fragrances, some weren't available to test, though that's not Ulta's fault, or employees, it's people stealing the testers. There were a couple of instances where we weren't sure which bottle was which because they get mixed up from customers not putting the bottles back where they found them. Some of the fragrances are really great. I liked quite a few, like Sauvage Elixir and Invictus Elixir.
