I have used Chuck's services several times and the work is always phenomenal. I just received three pairs of boots he repaired back today, and his work was even better this time. Here's the story:
I had three pairs of expensive boots I had run into the ground. All three pairs were over 25 years old with the oldest, a Tony Lama Elephant bought in 1989, having a torn interior which prevented me from wearing them for a couple years. Another pair, Tony Lama Shark purchased in 1994, were so beaten up I was ready to throw them away. The third set, Lucchese Elephant purchased in 2001, was discolored to the point of ugliness.
