TFS is an excellent place to be for anyone looking to hone in on their fitness journey, unique to them. It’s a welcoming environment which speaks to the diversity of ability and skill in those who participate. The coaches tune in to your activity, helping you excel. I’ve been coming for years with my family and have loved every minute of it. It’s worth it!

I’m 73, Been coming here for 2 years now, and they keep me shape. Every day are different work outs. Each class is1hr. The coaches are all very knowledgeable. Even if you have 12 people or 2 it’s like having a private class.

Tulsa Fitness Center is as close as you can get to a personal trainer in class form. Although you can have personal trainer one on ones. Your class members become like family and cheer you on and challenge you. Class sizes are not huge. Great place to get fit.
