I had a great experience. Professional but charismatic people. The place was clean and cozy and the prices were a little below market with amazing results. I just wish they gave you a blanket though, the place was a bit cold.

BHC was not only reasonably priced, but I didn't have to choose from just classic hybrid or volume I showed them a picture of wispy mink strips I loved and walked out looking just like the picture. They actually listen and give you what your asking for

I requested almond frenchies with cherries and got better than what I had pictured. Jen is wonderful at her job and her nails always eat down. She pays close attention to every detail and makes sure you like each step before she proceeds. She’s the best nail tech I’ve been too and I’ve followed her from her last salon because she is that good, her work speaks for itself. Any design you show her she can do and it turns out better than expected. I am a loyal client of hers! As for the salon/environment it is clean, sanitary, super cute and welcoming vibe and I noticed they offer other services like lashes/body sculpting etc. great place worth checking out!

Unprofessional young staffer. Did not receive the service I expected. I would not recommend Journey at this location.
Update: The reply was completely fraudulent. When I attempted to call the "salon", it goes to someone's personal cell phone. They will not speak to me about the tech's claims, which are 100% untrue. Would not recommend this location or staff. I would be out of business should I choose to not engage with my customers on a professional level. Buyer beware.

I recommend Journey at BHC. She did a Hybrid FILL on my top lashes and a new set on my bottom lashes. I will be candid and say that you need to be VERY patient for the lower lashes. It's a much longer process and tedious. So just an FYI. I got a brow tint and laminate too, and I was very happy with the results!

Let me start by saying everyone was super nice. The ambiance was nice. They offer complementary drinks which is nice. I initially gave 5 stars to get a discount. However, a discount offered in exchange for a 5 star review feels deceptive. When I paid, the owner said the discount only applies to lash service, even though the signs were posted everywhere, do not specify it only applies to lash service, and the other ladies said it wound be applied to all of the services I was getting. I felt deceived again. The service.. I asked for long wispy lashes, a hybrid, not overfilled, with long bottom lashes. I got grouped lashes stuck on different parts of my real lashes (there are some dangling on the ends of my lashes to look long, instead of using longer lash extensions), no single lash extensions were used.. D curl. The bottom lashes were not long enough. The owner immediately rectified it by having another lash tech fix it.. but I got more grouped lash extensions. When she added a few bottom lashes, she did it with my eyes open.. it burned bad. That was dangerous and careless.. she seemed rushed and showed no concern. A lot of lashes fell out during my week long trip. My facial did not come out like I thought it would. I felt no difference on my face. The hydrafacial was not a hydrafacial, as you can google hydrafacial and see before and after photos with a noticeable difference. My face did not show even a slight difference, did not benefit, at all, in any way, from the hydrafacial, and is still pealing. My eyebrow extensions looked good. The next day, the glue crusted and turned white. I ended up removing them. I am disappointed with the service I received. I feel like the amount of money I spent does not equal the service I received.
