The staff were polite, but the interaction felt rushed and I didn’t get the sense they were interested in answering questions about my DIY appliance repair. After doing more research on the project, I realized the repair required more industrial-grade parts than what had been recommended. The experience felt hurried and left me needing to look elsewhere for better guidance.

My dryer stopped heating and I wasn't sure if it was the heating element or the thermostat fuse so I took all the old dryer parts to the store. They tested everything and thankfully it was just a fuse. Of course, they had the part I needed. I can't say enough about the customer service with some darn good jokes thrown in. I was frustrated and upset about my dryer going out, but when I left the store I was actually laughing!

Wanted to return a product that didn’t work for my washer machine and they didn’t want to give me a refund even tho the part was clean and unused. Me and my family will never buy anything from this place anymore. Terrible service that doesn’t do warranty on their own products.

They’ve always had what I need in stock, fair prices, and friendly service. I came in today with my 3 year old daughter to buy a bake coil for my stove. They had us fixed up and out the door with smiles on our faces in 27 seconds FLAT. I always check here first when I need any kind of part for appliance repair. Thanks guys.

Mike didn’t have the dishwasher part I needed in store, but he was able to source it from his warehouse in less than two hours, and it was the same price (or less, Amazon) as online distributors!

I called about a front load LG washer boot gasket, the gent went to his stockroom to verify they had it there and brought it to the front counter to hold it for me as I drove the 100+ miles from NW Arkansas to their building in Tulsa. OK. Great service! Fantastic they had the part I desperately needed TODAY while NW Arkansas appliance suppliers all said they could order it in and maybe here Monday . . . same with Ft Smith and Joplin, MO. This business HAD IT IN STOCK! And more reasonably priced than local suppliers AND Amazon. If you need an appliance part CALL THESE GUYS!!!!!

Called inquiring about part availability for dryer drum belt for older dryer. Part availability was confirmed and picked up same day. Inquired about few other parts for dryer while in store, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was good and would purchase here again.
