My Martin guitar had some intonation problems and the internal electronics were on the fritz. Don did an excellent setup and had everything ship-shape in no time. Props to Don for good communication, and making my Martin playable again. He was a joy to work with!
The customer service was top notch!!! Staff was very helpful with our questions and concerns. We brought in an inherited instrument and they looked it over and helped us out quickly.
The music store rocks!!! Not only do they offer a wide variety of instruments from beginner level to pro, but they actual care and were very understanding when i needed to catch up on a payment due to my cat having emergency surgery. They showed me enourmous kindness in doing so and lets my kid keep learning his trumpet for band. I am immensely impressed and happy with thier service and we will never go any where else again for our instrument needs! You absolutely need to check this place out, you won't be disappointed ?
