Our home was built in 1971 and has been in our family since 1975. By 1998 it was beginning to show its age and our family made the decision to remodel. The master bathroom became the first of many projects that The Buckingham Group would undertake for us. Since that initial remodel they have completed five additional projects, the last of which, some twenty-five years later, was an update of their original bathroom remodel. We recently completed a home remodel project supervised by The Buckingham Group. Due to the extent of the work needed, the project spanned a period of approximately 4 months. Working with the professionals at Buckingham who coordinated all the work and communicated with us regularly regarding the status of the project, gave us confidence that the job would be completed as planned. The contract we signed with Buckingham before the work began clearly outlined their responsibilities and our responsibilities; having that conversation upfront, in writing, provided a solid foundation for the work ahead. The home we purchased in 1987 had served us well over the years. The kitchen, powder room, and utility room however were showing the effects of time, it was time to remodel. We interviewed several companies and selected The Buckingham Group based on their reputation for quality, service, and creativity. We were not disappointed.From their detailed questionnaire on scope of work to their comprehensive specifications every detail was meticulously covered.
