My experience with Tavia at the Fade Factory has always been pleasurable. This time was different. I knew when I entered with that DP (Docta Peppa) I knew marvelous things were going to happen. She truly outdid herself this time. I am truly happy with her service. She has now been my barber for 1 year now and I dont plan on going anywhere. I love the ambiance and environment. I love enjoy the good music and conversation. She's always on time to my appointments and does not live on the phone while cutting my hair. It is always a great experience when going to the barbershop.
I took my 16 year old autistic adahd nephew there today for the first time. Chase was amazing. Very patient, considerate, let him know what he was about to do. I will go back for him and my son.
I Went in because I saw good reviews online, and I’m glad I did! Chris did a great job with my cut! The place was welcoming and the atmosphere friendly! Would definitely recommend and will be back, for sure!
