To anyone looking for service on the heating and air conditioner I have to say this is the only place you should call!!!I started off my experience with the company because my air conditioner went out in my home in downtown Tulsa, OK. hjad 80 degree temps upstairs. The problem was persistent to say the least.Josh the owner, Abby, James, and JD just to name a few... there are more, and everyone literally everyone here is amazing. I had a service contract with one of the major advertising heat and air companies here in Tulsa. They had done a lot of work at my home, and on my rental properties. I was a member of their so-called VIP plan. Twice this summer, when one of my home units has problems, I called them for help, and they totally punted on me. Superior air was out in a flash both times. I canceled my contract with this well-known company, and I’m going with Superior. They truly are “superior” in price and customer service. A/C went out Saturday night and this company said they'd be at my house between 1 and 5 Sunday. They showed up 4 and a half hours after 5 at 9:45pm. And they STILL charged me full price for the service call with zero discount for showing up almost 5 hours late. The house was 90 degrees the entire day i sat there waiting. They didn't bother to call and tell me the tech was going to be late until 10 minutes before he was going to be late at 4:50 which left me no time to call another company for same day service.
