I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I brought my son in for a haircut and waited over an hour for our turn, only to see them take another customer ahead of us who wasn’t even checked in. That is completely unfair and unprofessional.
What’s the point of having a check-in system if employees are going to ignore it? It felt like our time didn’t matter at all. No explanation, no apology—just poor customer service.
I will not be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this place if you expect basic fairness and respect for your time.

This place always has the most friendly gals, and its so easy to go online, throw your name on the books and get your cut. My son and I have got to know Timira so well and we have made it a father and son thing to go get our cut together and this place is fantastic. Timira is THE BEST!
