Sigler is hands down the beat HVAC company i have ever used. From the first contact through project completion these folks were as “straight up” as anyone can be. They looked at my case and explained everything with honest detail enabling me to make a well informed choice about what to do with my system. They offered multiple solutions so that I could choose what was right for me. In the end I got a new system at a great turnkey installation price. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would. They left everything super buttoned up looking even better when they arrived. I have used Siglers for the last few years for my home and my rental properties for almost every issue imaginable with HVAC. Every time I reach out to them, regardless of how big or small the issue is, they always make me feel like I’m a priority and they’re working hard to get someone out to me as quickly as possible. Almost always within 24 hrs. The technicians always do a top notch job and give a detailed explanation as to what the issue was. They are priced fairly and there’s no bs with trying to sell me service plans and stuff I don’t need. A true small family company. It has been awhile, but while we were still in summer heat around 100 degrees, my central air went out. I was having a big problem with finding a competent heat & air company until I called Sigler. The person answering the phone was very helpful and arranged for someone to come out the very next morning. That young man was very professional and competent, and fixed the problem well within an hour. Now I know who to call if there are any future problems.
