Super group, from the person answering the phone to the very nice, knowledgable, professional person who came to repair our refrigerator. He guided and directed us and repaired our refrigerator.We will call them if we need other appliances repaired.?

My 17 yr old Whirlpool washing machine pump went out. JR was sent to repair. He determined what was wrong very quickly and returned with the pump and installed it in a reasonable time. JR determined the reason the pump went out and fixed it too. JR was professional, polite, courteous, thorough, and cleaned up any mess caused. I will request him to fix my appliances in the future.Shelton's receptionist was professional, friendly and very polite. Excellent service.

This was the best repair service of my life. I set up the appointment through Maytag, shelton’s called me and verified my appointment, they arrived when they said they would, found the problem, and were back the next day to complete the repair. The entire experience was seamless and Mike was a top notch repair expert. I hope not to need an appliance repaired anytime soon but if I did I would call shelton’s.
