We had issues with our Speed Queen dryer not working. Our technician Larry was very professional and fixed the issue and also helped prevent future issues that we might have.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with appliance technicians. We'll definitely be calling Shelton's from now on for anything we need.

My washer was constantly going out of balance and Shelton’s came out and replaced many parts. It really didn’t even take the serviceman very long at all. This was about a month ago and it’s been working perfectly ever since: a big thank you to Shelton’s!

I spoke with someone yesterday and was told that there was an open 8-5 timeslot on Friday which meant that the tech could come at anytime during the day with a courtesy call. I called back today to see if that timeslot was still available and the person with whom I spoke yesterday first told me that I didn't speak with her yesterday and that I had spoken to someone else and then she told me that I had spoken to her and that she had not told me about that time slot.... I politely asked her four to five times if they could listen to the recording from yesterday to see what was said... She told me that they do not record the conversations.
