Great service, good communications with tech staff and owner. Our new KitchenAid exhaust hood motherboard was faulty. Shelton's Quality Service tech Mike spent hours on the phone to find a replacement part (there wasn't one). After 5 months KitchenAid sent a new replacement unit to Shelton's for installation. Shelton's owner installed the new unit on a Saturday afternoon. The work was done professionally, we had pleasant conversations in the process, and we finally !! have a new, working range hood. Shelton's will be our go-to for future repairs and services. Great experience.
We had issues with our Speed Queen dryer not working. Our technician Larry was very professional and fixed the issue and also helped prevent future issues that we might have.
