I used them for house cleaning after a bathroom renovation and they were wonderful! Money well spent, they showed up on time and completed everything I needed them to do plus more. They made an effort to come another day after they did the initial cleaning to complete any touch ups or tasks that I noticed after the first cleaning was complete. They were very kind and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Shake the house cleaning service has been my lifesaver not once but twice. The ladies are very professional detailed with their cleaning. I have used their more than once and definitely would recommend their speedy service they have done organizing for me like cleaning heavy duty cleaning. Worth every he service and quick to respond.

Not professional. Did NOT finish the job. Super exspensive, it was $485 for 3 bed 1 bath empty house. I called them to do a Deep Clean on an empty rental of mine before new tenants moved in. I came to check on the property after they said they had finished, it was still dirty. Didn't even look like they touched it. I called and made them come back. The day of new tenant move in, I get there and they still hadn't cleaned it. So I spent money on my own cleaning supplies an hour before move in to clean everything myself. I called to try to get a refund but they said they don't do refunds. I had to call again and again to try and ask for a free clean voucher, but no one ever got back to me. It was very unprofessional and they did a horrible job. I would not use them again, not for my own rentals or my clients. Here is a picture of the house an hour before tenants moved in. When this company said they had been there twice. Aweful. They didn't clean any of the requested things. Bad customer service. 0/10 not worth the money.
