I am an EMDR trained Christian counselors who uses CBT therapeutic techniques. It is my goal to serve individuals, couples, and families experiencing any of the following issues: anxiety, stress, guilt, post traumatic reaction, panic attacks, disturbing memories, depression, confusion, anger, mood swings, personality disorders, ineffective communication styles, self-esteem, life transitions, contemplation of divorce, marriage recovery after an affair, and other relationship difficulties. My purpose is for you to experience peace, hope, and renewal instead of anxiety, turmoil, relational difficulties, and depression.
