I love the Wednesday morning Holy Yoga! It's so peaceful and restorative. The verses Kelley shares and her "deep dive" questions help me emotionally process whatever I'm facing that day. I've been so encouraged and refreshed each time I've gone. Thank you so much!!

A beautiful studio and awesome class. I was in from out of state and was disappointed to find they don’t offer towels to rent, they only had paper towels as an option. They said they have decided to discontinue this service since COVID. They do have towels for sale. Otherwise a really cool experience.

Wow! Being in Tulsa for the month I was really hoping to find a hot yoga studio and salt yoga is definitely the place to go. I would have to say that the prices are a little on the higher side. The studio is very cute and the class that I took was great. Definitely not one for beginners I would say, so I'm glad that I have been practicing for a few years. I would say whenever you're booking a class if you are a beginner to make sure that you choose one fitted to you. Overall, I really like this place and will be going back during my time here.
