The veterinarian care is top notch. I appreciate that the veterinarians call me personally with test results, etc. My biggest contention with Rivertrail is the wait time at the front desk when dropping off or picking up your dog. I can't speak to any other type of animal there but the drop off process for your dog can take up to 30 mins at times, same for pick up. Definitely a part of the clinic that needs some refinement.
Not only does our dog love staying at River Trail, but the ladies in the front are always so sweet and kind when we walk in for drop off and pick up. They’re quick to get us settled and always fast asking for our dog to be brought to the front!
I've been sending my older dog to River Trail for about two years now and I am very happy with the attention and care he receives. Dr. Linnea is a wonderful vet. Wish I discovered her and River Trail sooner!
