I had my first big accident and I decided to use them as my attorney; my biggest mistake. They are very forgetful on informing you that there are papers to sign. Very slow when handling the whole process, lack of communication was very common at this firm. I have voiced several concerns and most of the responses were just the common customer service responses to get me to hurry off the phone. If I could give a zero out of 5 at this point I would.

They know their stuff! After my accident I attempted to deal with the insurance company myself and it became apparent to me that they weren't interested in helping me, giving me more and more hoops to jump through and continuous delays. I hired RRB and it was the best decision. They handled everything, taking the stress off of me. If you're in an accident, do yourself a favor and call RRB before dealing with the insurance company. I wish I had called them sooner! Thank you all at RRB for having my back.
