I had an incredible experience at Recovery Physical Therapy Clinic—easily a 10/10. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they made sure I fully understood each service I was receiving.
I tried multiple treatments including red light therapy, salt therapy (halotherapy), a 30-minute massage, and the Normatec boots—and I can honestly say I feel amazing afterward. Each service was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked at any point.

I have been visiting Recover for nine incredible years, and through all the wonderful massage therapists I've encountered, none compare to Robert Wortham. He is truly the BEST! His techniques are nothing short of amazing—every session feels personalized and thoughtful, as he continually explores new methods to give me relief and comfort. He plays the best music, but he’s always mindful of my preferences, whether I want a spa vibe or something different. Every visit, he listens attentively to my concerns and makes sure I leave feeling renewed and cared for. Please, do yourself a favor and experience what Robert offers—you won’t regret it!
Recover has always been my go to for my athletes when it comes to recovery. My athletes really enjoy the hot and cold tubs and also the noramatech compressions. The memberships are a great investment for your child’s recovery and performance . 10 out of 10. Highly recommended
