I was never asked what shape of nail I wanted which didn’t bug me as much because I said I would do the same as my cousin. She wanted small oval didn’t get that we walk out with square nails that were thick
I called to find out the price for powder dipped nails. Quoted price was different after the older gentleman finished my nails. He never once asked me how I wanted my nails shaped, nor did he ask me how short I wanted my nails.
Not very happy about the experience!!!
Don't count on calling for prices when it end up being a higher price.

I told the lady to file one nail to make it more square and she started cutting my nail from the side of nail and I said no file the top and she kept trying to cut the side of my nail with the clipper and I had to remove the clippers from my nail.
