I have received the absolute best care from Dr. Powell and the rest of the crew here at Optimal Health and Wellmess. During my pregnancy and now during my postpartum period, the level of care has been second to none. I feel I receive quality time with each provider really taking the time to explain things and make sure my body and babies are set up for optimal health and connection. So grateful to have been referred to Dr Powell!

Dr. Sonda is amazing with kids. Our daughter has major sensory issues, and she explained to her everything she was doing before she did it. She made her feel comfortable and safe. We highly recommend her for any kids that have issues with touch. We are very pleased with her!

Everyone in this office is knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely lovely. Sonda has helped me through two pregnancies and Amanda has been an invaluable resource in helping resolve weird aches and pains that may have otherwise been written off as something else. I have been going here for over five years now and also bring my kids in. Highly recommend!
