Although I enjoyed the spa during my trial and joined. They were extremely nice during this period with promises that they didn't keep. I had a severe allergic rash after using their beds the last day of trial. I contacted the shop and they said they would let Jamie know to close my account. When I realized I was still being billed, I contacted shop again. and I was told that they would make me go ahead pay the min. 3 months. It has been over 6 months past that time. I have been trying to get my account closed. They continue to keep billing me. I have closed my credit card, sent emails, called, sent certified letters. Truly the worst experience I have ever encountered!

Just do not give them permission to draft your checking account. You will get lovely surprises and then have to prove that you did not authorize. What a pain. Most of which is blamed on having trouble with their computers. Why is that my fault? I will get my money back and I will not shut up till I do. I can bet this will cost me more money. Nice place, good concept but you will get ripped off. You buy a package deal then all the sudden things are not included. so they need more money. They can not even get my phone number right.
