I just started using this company. I have to say I’m pretty impressed by the quality of work, the customer service, and the turnaround time.
They can handle a week’s worth of dry cleaning and have it back to you in 24 hours.
If they make a mistake, they own up to it as well. I did a test run with one of my dress shirts. My information for the shirt was misplaced and they weren’t able to notify me that it was ready.
I went back in to get the shirt a week later and they did not charge me. When I got the shirt, it looked properly dry cleaned.
Thanks to their honest customer service I brought all my suits in. The suits were ready the next day and immaculately cleaned.

There’s a reason this multigenerational cleaning service has been in business for so many decades. Phoenix Cleaners is the place I trust with all of my everyday business and personal clothing, but anything with sentimental value or that requires a little extra care will only go to Phoenix.
They’re old school not only in the care they give your garments, but also in the way they treat their customers. It’s the kind of personal service that’s increasingly hard to find.
They may not be the cheapest cleaners in town, but in my experience, they are undeniably the best. I wouldn’t trust my clothes to anyone else.
