I had a wonderful experience with Pella Windows. Tyler (sales consultant) was kind, considerate, and respectful of me and my home. Very informative.The installation was smooth and easy (for me). The installation gentlemen were fabulous! Clean, attention to detail!!, courteous.My windows look wonderful!I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Tyler was very professional, answered all of our questions plus some that we didn't think about. We felt good about our decision to go with Pella after talking about the materials, warranty, and the technicians that will be working on our job. However, when the appointment is set up, I think it would be good to let the customers know that it could last more than a couple of hours.

We had a great experience ordering windows and a front entry door with Tyler Knepper. He was very knowledgeable and transparent of the products and services Pella offers. We felt very comfortable with him during the ordering process. I would highly recommend!
