I received a call on Jun 30 to install on July 1! Although I would have liked a tad bit more notice, it was sooner than expected and we got things prepared and John showed up by 9:30 in the morning. He took out, installed and man did he clean up. Inside and out! We are extremely pleased. This is our third tour with Windows By Jeff, Inc., and could not be more pleased.
Great company, from the first meeting through the installation; everything went well. Jason was great to work with and walked us through the process from purchase to final installation. Most definitely, they have quality people doing quality work! The finished product looks amazing, installation went smooth. Our installers, John and Ethan did an amazing job! They were very detailed and very respectful throughout the whole installation.
The 6 Andersen 100 Series Windows and 1 Provia Vantage Series door I had installed by Windows by Jeff on June 11-12 are exactly as expected! The installer (John) did an outstanding job! The attention to detail on preparation, installation, and clean-up was excellent. Communication by the salesperson (Mitch), and the installer (John) giving me advance notice before showing up both mornings was much appreciated. I highly recommend Windows by Jeff and will use them again in the future.
