Worst experience with a medical clinic, most particularly with the primary and general practitioners. They fail to do proper assessment of systems. They are not thorough and showed no interest in my symptoms. They are resistant to providing referrals. In the last 2 years, I have exhausted myself from advocating for myself and not being taken seriously at OU Family Medicine. Both my chiropractor & PT have expressed their frustration for me to be disregarded by the doctors, because they can clearly see something is wrong. I come here way to often not the fault of the clinic staff at all but due to my own medical issues however it’s always hit and miss when I arrive the treatment I received today was beyond horrible CARLAN I’m sure I spelled her name wrong but she is a nasty person to be the first point of contact I came to her window she was already flustered by the face and she asked me for a medical card I told her I have not received she said have you called I replied several times nobody in my family has one she said well next time we can’t check you in without it because it makes our job harder I walked off she said I’m not done checking you in so I waited here speaking to...read full review
Dr. Shelby Rauh is absolutely amazing! As a woman, I have never been given actual answers and explanations from a doctor about things I was dealing with. She listens and actually finds a diagnosis and treatment for issues rather than brushing them off. She has made me feel SO comfortable, I teared up after my first appointment because I was so relieved to have found a doctor like her. I feel good leaving my appointments and am SO thankful for her.I will say if you are sick it can be hard to get in with her or anyone last minute. The front desk isn’t the most helpful in those situations but luckily she is pretty quick to respond to her messages.
