Not great. Went in for check up and cleaning, but left after X-rays and exam with no cleaning & no explanation from the dentist. To be clear, her staff did give me a briefing, but no info from dentist. Disappointing! Also, the entire staff wear masks the whole time, which I felt impersonal and a bit odd. I will go back since they took X-rays I don’t want to repay for and hopefully it was just a “one-off” day.
I just wanna say thanks I had 2 teeth pulled and I didn't feel a thing mrs genhoff was super nice and the assistant was awesome appreciate you lady's so much💯
