“I’ve been going here for about a year after so many terrible experiences with other dentists, and I’ve gotta say, I have never had a more comfortable dentist experience. They always make sure you are 100% comfortable throughout the whole experience and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
Here are a few things they have provided me with, without me even having to ask:
1. They ALWAYS make sure that you are completely numb before doing procedures.
2. They offer me sunglasses and a blanket to make sure I am comfortable throughout procedures.
3. They do not shame you for wanting to use nitrous oxide during your procedure, they encourage you to use it if it makes you feel more comfortable.
4. They engage in friendly conversation that engages me, and always has me leaving in a better mood.
5. The financial aid/payment receptionist is nonjudgemental and does not push you unnecessarily.
6. The doctor is personable and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely welcome to ask her any questions and gives you the time you need.
7. While waiting for the numbing medication to set, they turn the lights off and sit you up in the chair, so that the medication can fully disperse with gravity.
8. Also a plus, as far as I’ve seen, the staff is all women, which makes me feel even safer while I’m in a vulnerable position.

The dental hygienists all do a fantastic job and Dr. Coursey is excellent at explaining everything he is doing, answering any questions, and making you comfortable. Amy and her team at the front desk are great at scheduling and working out payment options and are always 100% transparent with insurance/pricing and payment options, there are never surprises about cost. I’ve received preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and orthodontic dental care from this office and cannot recommend them enough!“
