Oak Street Health Garnett Plaza Primary Care Clinic

My visit to Oak Street Health was excellent. The staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Sara was especially wonderful — easy to talk to, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about listening to my concerns. The large, modern waiting room was inviting, with comfortable seating and a nice coffee bar that added to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the team put me at ease immediately, and it was a very positive experience.

I chose Oak Street because I was swayed by the comerical. I have found the staff to be genuinely friendly and attentive. I never leave without being asked if there is anything else I wanted to discuss.
I feel that my overall health has improved since I started Oak Street. My blood work/blood pressure can back that up!

Holly O’Hearn , APRN is great to consult with for action plans concerning my Diabetes condition. She has a great personality dealing with her patients. I like everything about Oak Street Health!
