My visit to Oak Street Health was excellent. The staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Sara was especially wonderful — easy to talk to, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about listening to my concerns. The large, modern waiting room was inviting, with comfortable seating and a nice coffee bar that added to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the team put me at ease immediately, and it was a very positive experience.

I chose Oak Street because I was swayed by the comerical. I have found the staff to be genuinely friendly and attentive. I never leave without being asked if there is anything else I wanted to discuss. I feel that my overall health has improved since I started Oak Street. My blood work/blood pressure can back that up!

Holly O’Hearn , APRN is great to consult with for action plans concerning my Diabetes condition. She has a great personality dealing with her patients. I like everything about Oak Street Health!

I had key word is HAD a 5 star rating but now when they were 75 minutes late for my appointment I voiced my concerns about them being late and the office manager refused to take any responsibility for her staffs actions for not informing patients that the care giver was going to be late,I had other appointments in which I had to cancel an appointment because of their lack of perfessional behavior. And in turn I went to my appointment after the incident the office manager was holding my Uber ride home hostage until I signed some form she made up for this occasion. I signed came home and found another primary care better than your services and since your affiliated with AARP I will be informing them too and any other healthcare ratings I can get my hands on SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
