We were lucky enough to have had Gerald walk us through an unexpected loss. To have somebody that you have never met give you peace, and show sympathy as you have make decisions that nobody wants to make while being absolutely devastated and heartbroken was something I never experienced before. It was a priceless gift he gave our family as we said goodbye to an amazing brother, uncle, son and nephew.
Gerald Thompson was our Funeral Director for my cousin Lynda Alford and he assisted us in immeasurable ways given the fact that none of our family lives anywhere near Tulsa. He was my eyes and ears on the ground as we went through the funeral planning process. He and his staff were most responsive with each request for assistance and we could not have asked for more attentive service from both Gerald and the whole staff at the Southlawn Chapel.
My family is grateful for the excellent support provided by the Southlawn location of Moore Funeral Home and Gerald Thompson in particular. We were sending our Father from Texas to be buried in Tulsa and Gerald handled everything beautifully. He had answers to all our questions and arranged the military honors my Dad had earned. The graveside service was perfect for our family. Thank you.
