I walked in yesterday, well on Wednesday. It was her husband and her son that were there. Her husband was the sweetest and so was her son! I walked in to ask one simple question about registering for adult jazz classes! Those two alone made me feel so welcomed and they had a genuine conversation with me asking about school, where I came from. I did dance for 11 years and I had to quit for 4 years due to certain circumstances. I have never been so excited to continue my dance career until I walked Into this dance studio!

My daughter loves dance days at Miss Shelly's! This is our first year of dance and she started about 6 months ago. Her class is pretty large and she's the youngest, and I'm always impressed with the three young women who are leading the class and their ability to remain calm and kind with a room full of high-energy 3-5 year old girls. My daughter is notoriously the one in the class who, when the kids do a little showcase for the families, is not dancing along with the group, and she's all good with it. Miss Shelly is the absolutely kindest, most patient woman/instructor I have had the pleasure of meeting. I would recommend her hands down to anybody with a daughter, or son, from age 2 to up that wants to dance!
