This is my 5 or 6th time using Millcreek for flooring and counter tops. The flooring installed was great. The work crew were good and cleaned up after. Our sales Lady was very efficient.

I renovated my shower and purchased the wall tile from this store. The customer service I experienced from Mike at this store was far above my expectations. I incorrectly measured the wall area and didn’t buy quite enough tile. Mike went above and beyond to help me get more of the tile I needed, even though it was my mistake, and ultimately the project was finished on time. I can’t give them enough stars. I’m definitely coming here from now on for all my flooring needs

We had been talking about getting new flooring in our home for 3 years and we finally found the right people to help us with this major project. James Amsden was a great salesman and answered all our many questions with kind patience. He made suggestions when we asked his opinion and when we had a couple questions in the middle of the install, he quickly answered. We had to have some tile removed, as well as carpet and we installed Karastan LVP as well as some Karastan carpet. Chad and Clayton installed the LVP and they were outstanding guys and did great work. We love the final product. Also kudos to Tad, who works with James.
