I have done Laser Hair removal in different places and have always been disappointed when they tell me my treatment is going to require additional sessions and therefore more $$$ or maybe the maintenance appointments keep going up in price. I think the Milan business model is way better and more client-friendly because you are purchasing a body part and can do maintenance forever at the fee you agreed upon when purchased. No other laser hair removal place works this way! In addition this is not a mega chain, the 3 staff here are very friendly, personable, and honest. They will work with you to achieve your goals and I love that! I recommend it to all my friends!!

You can tell that the people that work here have a good work environment. It spills over into their customer service. I never feel uncomfortable or rushed and the upmost care is taken to ensure the client has a good experience. Thanks guys :)

Not only are the results amazing but the staff at this Milan location are top tier! Any nerves I had going into this LHR journey were instantly eased with the genuine kindness shown to me as well as how knowledgeable each of these professionals are. I know I’m in good hands when I come here and look forward to my appointments every month!
