I cannot recommend this cleaning company. We used them for about two months to clean a large (7,700 sq ft) home every other week and the biggest issue we had was consistency.We had problems starting with the first visit, so that should have been a sign in hindsight. Despite meeting with someone during the estimate and going over everything, we had to walk the team members through the house again. This happened two or three times, even though we were told they would always have instructions and know the house layout.We had a visit where two cleaners came for the whole house, then it became apparent they either cleaned too slowly or didn't have enough people, because two or three more young women were brought in. Yet somehow, one of their cleaners was able to do the whole house herself at one point.During our last visit, which prompted us to switch, careless mistakes were made, like leaving a huge blob of shampoo on the master bathroom shower floor and toothpaste on the bathroom counter.We had problems with them arriving an hour or two later than the window of time provided the day before. We also didn't like how it was never the same team. Which I know isn't always possible, but at least try to stick to the same 3 or 4 people.The way employees are treated also seems questionable based on a recent review, what I witnessed (during our first cleaning, I overhead one young woman who was on the verge of tears tell her teammate she was struggling), and what we heard from our new cleaning company. Who KILLED it the first day, and are far more professional in every sense. They told us during our estimate they have a lot of ladies who have left Merry Maids to join them.Go with a different company if you need something weekly or every other week. i would give zero stars if i could. i wouldn't recommend anyone to work for merry maids! i had issues with women that worked for the company being racist towards me, and nothing was done. i was also let go with no notice or explanation. they claim to need people to work for them so bad, but let people go for no reason! they overwork the women that clean as well. they have too many houses and not enough maids! in the week and a half i worked for them, 3 girls put in their 2 weeks notice! they also don’t pay us enough for the work we do. they have it advertised on indeed as 500-600$ a week, but it’s much less than that! these women have to clean 4-5 BIG houses a day to make okay money. the maids don’t make money to survive. it’s very sad. i was working so hard and cleaning correctly just for them to let me go! don’t waste your time with this company. there’s bigger and better out there!

This company is a big joke. They come in and have you do a whole walk through to make sure they can meet your needs but never do. Always send different people out ect. They don’t do a good job cleaning! The only 2 people in the whole company is Shelby and penny! I requested they be the only ones to come to my home and they can’t even accommodate that! They always charge you wrong I’ve literally always have to call about my bill because the office doesn’t know basic math. I would not recommend them!Service: Standard cleaning

They came out and did an initial cleaning at our new facility. They worked hard for about 4 hours and were friendly the whole time. They went above and beyond for us and I definitely recommend them.

I can’t say say or praise enough how great this company is. From the initial quote to the arrival time as top notch. Autumn came in extra on a Saturday for me to clean my house for a move out. She went above & beyond 100%....I can’t praise her enough. If you can request her i would, as she will go the extra mile & is extremely detailed oriented. Don’t waste your time on other places, I expected mediocre & received more than expected. Lifelong customer here!!! Thanks again for the amazing service.
