Karen Harvey was so kind & compassionate to help me through this very difficult time. She went above & beyond to insure my husband would have a perfect final resting place. And he does! Ronnie Felts approved the Veterans Medallion to honor my husband serving our country. The man who did the engraving was very kind & did an excellent job! My family and I coming from Northern VA only had one day to do several things and that included paying our respects to my wife's grandparents at their final resting place. My father-in-law with his physical and mental health was unable to join us and we had never been to this cemetery before. The office closed at 4:00 and we had just pulled in as the staff was walking out for the day. It was actually closer to 5:00 PM but all 5 staff members still greeted me with a smile and said hello.
