I visited Mieneke Saturday at 111th & Memorial, Tulsa. I worked with James to get my Jeep radiator replaced. James was professional, courteous and kind. The shop did my repair in a timely manner. I will definitely go there when other issues come up with my Grand Cherokee.

I've visited Meineke several times for various car maintenance needs, and I’ve always had a great experience. Recently, I went in for a radiator problem, and the staff was incredibly pleasant and professional. They had a few hiccups and they overcame those challenges In a professional way. Their expertise made it easy to address the issues without any pressure. The service was top-notch, and the pricing was reasonable. Service was good price was right . The time was a little longer than quoted, I would have liked to been told but I had to ask. But I went back in after I got my car because my dashboard still read that I needed service. I ask the gentleman at the desk if it would reset and he said yes. It did not. Going to have to go back over there.
