Massage by Lana

I’ve been to several massage therapist through my time growing up playing hockey and college baseball, but non of them compared to Lana! She gave me the best deep tissue sports massage I have ever had. She took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention while maintaining excellent and consistent pressure throughout the entire session. She also incorporated deep stretches throughout the session. I left feeling significantly better and could tell she genuinely cared about providing a high-quality experience. I cannot recommend Lana enough!

Lana is an AMAZING massage therapist. Her massage technique has really helped with releasing tension in my neck and shoulders. I always leave her studio feeling refreshed and relaxed. Could not recommend Lana more for your massage!!

Lana is amazing at what she does. I appreciate that she listens and adjusts for comfort. She stretches and knows proper range of motion. I love the way she uses warm towels in each session and really focuses on the complete body. Thank you so much for such a wonderful session. Will definitely be back :)
