They had a one hour window and they still arrived an hour late. When I told the manager the first thing I got was an excuse and she wasn’t even able to tell me till later when they would finally make it. When she did tell me she said it would be another 30 minutes! When they arrived they asked me what I would like done. I emphasized many times the bathrooms were priority and after that only what they CAN do! Not once did they tell me time is up. They only kept asking what else they could do. I had told the manager many times I only want to do 2 hours. They chose to “overstay”and not once told me their two hours is done. Although they were only here from 12:50 to 2:30. I thought they were doing a little extra time for me since they were an hour late or because it wasn’t actually “2hours” I had made sure with the new manager of the cost many times and she knew the amount of hours I wanted to do. When it was time to pay I had cash ready but they said not to because I was getting an invoice sent ! The new manager tried to tell me it was four hours which was entirely untrue and she tried to tell me I asked to clean the whole kitchen which was untrue. The managed was yelling and rude and did not let me explain what happened. They are unprofessional and try to scam you into paying more money. I only asked for two hours. I was actually going to pay extra anyway and give tip and ask to do it monthly but I was so disappointed in the lies and how I was treated.
