“My keys got locked inside of my car while my child was in the car!!!! I was freaking out and the operator on the phone kept me calm and with a peace of mind, it took them maybe 7 mins to get someone out to me and it took the guy maybe 20 seconds to get my car open! I was worried at first calling them, (I was calling everyone and anyone I could) I was worried they wouldn’t hurry fast enough or find me or if they’d even come at all on a Sunday.. The guy who unlocked my car was very polite as well, as I was rushing him and freaking out while on the phone with him, he was calm, cool, and very nice.. this was a really hard moment for me and I’m so glad I called pop a lock! Also, they wouldn’t take my money! Since my child was in the car they said it was free of charge and the worker reminded me that this doesn’t make me a bad mom, which I really needed to hear in that moment as you can imagine. So again, I am so thankful I called pop a lock… getting locked out of your car can be sooo stressful, especially in my situation today with my child.. so I’m really greatful to have had their help.”
