Koala came in and went over the pros and cons of both open and closed for my shop. Stephen worked with me to come up with a plan to use a combo of the 2 with saved me money because the original way i wanted to go was the most expensive and i really didn't need it. They were fast, professional, got to my project very quickly, and was incredibly clean. They were so good that i am using them on my personal residents for a rebuild after a fire.
