I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the facility. They took great care of our pretty girl Azle through her regular appointments and even when she was diagnosed with cancer. Through each step we felt comfortable and thankful for their care. We recently had to schedule Azle’s end of life care and had to say goodbye. They made such a difficult and heartbreaking time as easy and comfortable as possible and we are forever grateful.
We have all three dogs that we take here including our new puppy and we absolutely love them. They are fantastic. They get you in. They’re very good with the dogs. Keep them comfortable and happy. They have great follow up. They truly care about your pet as if it was one of their own. I would highly recommend.
Last week, our whole gang went to Kindness Animal Hospital to have our 3 happy girls get their annual vacc's, boosters, tests, etc. It took some diligent doing, on the part of the Kindness staff, to manage our rescued pups' dates into, finally, an annual event. From Dr. Hilton to her ever-helpful staff, we just couldn't have had a better experience! Instead of having utter chaos, they ALL their ever-attentive team tended to our girls with such personal care and kindness....the name is sooo fitting! Once again, we had a stellar experience with this vet office family, which keeps us coming back, again and again! They are the best!!
