I have taken both of my bunnies and my dog to see Dr. Welch, and every visit has been an excellent experience. Dr. Welch takes the time to listen to any concerns and consistently goes above and beyond when answering questions and providing helpful guidance. As a first-time bunny owner, I had a lot of questions, and Dr. Welch was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and informative. The staff is always friendly, and the clinic is exceptionally clean. I really can't say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding, and I highly recommend Dr. Welch and the entire team.
I brought our lab in to have a growth on his cheek checked. Dr. Jones was able to remove the growth during the same visit without having to sedate him, which I was so happy about! We always receive excellent care at Forest Trails, never feel rushed, and really appreciate how much they care for our pets.
Took my Duck in because he was acting weird and trouble breathing. Staff was very nice and Vet was great. Even though my duck kept biting her and leaving bruises. H Ed still with me and letting me hold him again
