This friendly family does an outstanding job. Took a severely scratched pair of dress shoes and made them look brand new. Highly recommend. An excellent shop!
The strap broke on my Louis Vuitton purse and I brought it here to see what they could do… they were able to fix it like new!!! Love this place! Excellent service!
Terry, his wife Cheryol and their son Micheal are great human beings first and foremost. I went in seeking knowledge on fixing up a pair of python boots that I had once gifted to my brother in law and then inherited back when he passed away last month. A lot of tradesman and women in this day and age would’ve pushed their own service on the customer or brushed off the questions once they concluded that a service sale wasn’t going to be made but these wonderful folks did not. They allowed me to ask all types of questions about everything from polishes to processes. We even talked a little bit about hats. They told me what I would need, what I wouldn’t need and even showed me exactly how to use it all and then some. They were also pretty fun and jovial people to talk to in general. The funny thing is that I already had some of the exact same products they recommended in my Amazon cart and instead I was able to give my money to a great locally owned business which is always a treat when you find local businesses like theirs! I’m extremely glad I found this hidden gem in Tulsa and will definitely be going back again anytime I may need boot or shoe repair services, related products, knowledge or just a great little conversation. FYI: Their turn around time on most projects is usually only 2 days! Cash & checks only as well.
