    I had a pedicure, and my nail technician was excellent. She was very nice even when I decided to change colors after she put the color on my first nail.

    There was a misunderstanding in the beginning but Hannah did a great job explaining and working to make it up. Her work was professional along with another lady who helped to make sure I was happy.

    We have loved coming here and getting our nails done. My daughter and I usually do a mani and pedi, and every time the nails turn out beautiful. Not only is the experience itself incredibly relaxing, but the staff really cares about your comfort and satisfaction.

    They often do fairly intricate designs for my daughter, and their patience and diligence to make her nails look as she envisions is so appreciated!

    I’ve lived in Tulsa a long time, and Kawaii Nails is a stand-out. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a new nail salon.
