I have been going to this location for years and usually don't have an issue, but I've received two vaccinations in the wrong location now. Two different vaccines, two different people administering, two different occasions. The first time was given in the shoulder, and had pain shoot down to my fingers. I was hurting for a few weeks after. They most likely hit a nerve. The second one same location in the shoulder and having usual side effects not nerve pain. I'm also a nurse and it just takes a little bit of education on IM administrations in deltoid muscle to avoid possible damage.

I'm so sad to see all the bad reviews on here. I have never had anything but a wonderful experience from the staff to the DR's. I have always been well taken care of! I am so appreciative of this clinic and their care & concern!
