Staff were fantastic. Rooms seem a little rundown. A/C was freezing (though I was in a meat locker). Staff tried to get it turned up warmer. Got fixes as I was checking out. Shouldn’t take 25 hrs to fix temperature

I had a very good experience with delivery and postpartum. My delivery doctor, Dr. Cameron, was amazing! His whole team was the best! They were all very informative and told me step by step how my C-section was going to go. They were extremely comforting in the OR, and as someone who has an anxiety disorder, this meant everything to me.
The staff at the hospital were also very helpful and informative while I was recovering. The only thing I wish was a bit different was the amount of times throughout the day and night nurses and staff came in. From admittance to Labor and Delivery through the process of dropping us to recovery. Ja'Nae showed concern, and care by continuously showing empathy, and giving us clarity when needed and leaving no stone unturned. Filling us in with detail of every step to come. We also felt seen/heard by remembering our babies name. Even checked on us the next day to see how Mother and Baby (Journey) were recovering, making us feel like we matter. Thanks RN BSN Ja'Nae
