Hillcrest Medical Center is the best hospital around. Dr Cameron is my OB doctor and he is always professional and super friendly and helpful when it comes to my pregnancy and my baby. Rachel, an OB labor and delivery nurse was amazing while in the L&D department. I will always recommend this place.
I was seen at the MRI outpatient center. I was able to be seen within 2 weeks of referral. There was only about a half hour wait once I arrived until I was taken into the room to have my scan done. The staff was polite and the process was quick and I was out in less than an hour. Parking was a little tricky and there is a bit of a walk to the actual MRI center. But it was overall a good experience.
My mammogram was done recently at Hillcrest Chapman Center, I checked-in online, it was easy to complete. However, when I arrived, they had to verify my name twice, they had the incorrect information in their system, even though I submitted it correctly. They asked if I had been tested there before, I did back in 2022. They needed to locate my past testing which they didn't show on file, which raised concerns. The person who assist was much shorter than myself and had difficulty in doing the test, she had to do x-rays twice. I left the facility in allot of pain & very sore, This was for preventive care.
