Now I still give the doctors and the staff of 5 out 5 STARS when it comes to quality care of my son,but the new phone system since VIP has taken over is crap I should not have to jump through hoops in order to speak to my son’s doctor when it is a medical emergency a.k.a. sick and I need to get him to be seen I should not have to call six times just to speak to my son’s doctor. Please fix your phone system!!! I do not want to have to change doctors and I will not change doctors I will start leaving crappy reviews!

Been going since 2010. Started with Dr Krautter and now with Dr Ivan. Both are excellent Doctors! The front desk staff is always sincere and delightful. On 11/7/24 8:30AM: Dr. T.S. Ivan's nurse was not delightful, as the rest of the staff. I'll say no more about her, since it's not worth typing about. Dr Ivan, is extremely charming and listens well. Cheerfully answers all of questions, in layman's language. He is willing to make me get better. He really Cares, a lot.
