Hair Removal in Tulsa

“I have done Laser Hair removal in different places and have always been disappointed when they tell me my treatment is going to require additional sessions and therefore more $$$ or maybe the maintenance appointments keep going up in price. I think the Milan business model is way better and more client-friendly because you are purchasing a body part and can do maintenance forever at the fee you agreed upon when purchased. No other laser hair removal place works this way! In addition this is not a mega chain, the 3 staff here are very friendly, personable, and honest. They will work with you to achieve your goals and I love that! I recommend it to all my friends!!“

“UPDATE: I finally was contacted about my experience and offered a discount on my next pedicure. My appointment was yesterday. It was a much better experience. My toe nails were cut short as I requested. I was made comfortable with a warm neck wrap and blanket. And the service provider checked in with me to ensure everything was to my liking. I wish this had been my experience every time. But I was grateful for my experience this time. (Changed from 2 to 4 stars)

I am disappointed. I had a pedicure about a week ago. This is my third pedicure at Sweet Mia this summer. After the first pedicure, I had to trim my toe nails. The second time I explained what had happened and I had no issues. The third time, again I specifically asked that my nails be cut short. Again my nails were not cut short. Unfortunately I was unable to check them until the polish was dry which was after I left. I called and explained what had happened and was told that the manager would be notified. I did not receive a call back.

I am disappointed that 2 out of 3 pedicures I could not get my toenails trimmed. This is a basic part of a pedicure. I am disappointed that my concern was not addressed when I called. I did not ask for a refund or free service, but I would have appreciated some response at least a call back. I tried to contact via the customer service email (listed on the confirmation email they sent me) but it bounced back.

I have gone to Sweet Mia for several years and recommended it to friends. I am not sure what has changed this summer. My friend also told me she did not receive good service when she went this summer. I am not sure what has changed, but it is not the good service I have received in the past.“
